food for 02/04 [Feb. 5th, 2007|12:23 pm]

To drink:
40 oz water
20 oz black current juice and seltzer
12 oz skim milk with 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate powder

To eat:
180 calorie peanut butter granola bar
1 lb med. food
1 low far orange popsicle
2 pieces of baked teryaki tofu (200 calories)
2 rootbeer b

Not that i think anyone reads this, but I'm try to lose weight pre Palm Springs Dinah Shore Event (March 28th is when it starts) because of le Swimsuits (also for june trip to FL), and I didn't want to post these in my normal journal, so this will work for me.

2 egg-free heath cookies
1 lean cuisine mac and cheese with fat free taco sauce
40 oz water
3 small slices plain sicillian pizza
3 green olives

None really, it's hard enough just trying to move around the apartment and do my basic PT stuff

I think the reason all these diet companies (WW,Lean cuisine,etc.) say you have to drink 64oz. or more of water is because you are consuming a ridiculous amount of sodium -mostly from any pre-packaged (i.e.their) products.

EDIT: Can't use friends locks on a shared/community journal. Can we lock the whole journal so that it's just us who can read it?
